Senior Data Analyst
Develops corporate data strategy including Business Intelligence objectives, data models, data processing strategy (e.g., management, federation, integration and optimization), and data technology strategy. Acts as subject matter expert in key data areas such as analyzing reporting requirements, data integration, data quality, data governance. Develops data architecture perspectives, and directions, including impacts to business process.
Applies a structured business approach and methodology for capturing the key views of the business processes using standards-base techniques and industry standard practices. Provides support for roadmaps and for roadmaps and for implementation of the architecture.

Senior Data Architect
Serves to carry forward the technical strategy and approach for data systems associated with the ActiveVideo Platform, taking requirements from the Data Analyst role and other stakeholders both internal and external, and leading the design and implementation of data system. Drives the system architecture from data gathering though the pipeline to reporting, with particular attention to scalability, high performance, data integrity, and comprehensive reports. Responsible for the event collection definitions, data warehousing architecture, data modeling, and definition of computational elements. Guides the design and implementation of reports.
The Sr Data Architect leads a team of system engineers, database engineers, and DBAs in the implementation and operation of production data systems.

Customer Program Manager:
The Program Manager position offers a wide variety of challenging and exciting opportunities to manage the delivery of innovative technology solutions to ActiveVideo Networks' customers. Successful candidates will have substantial experience in managing and delivering complex technology product solutions, ideally to customers with "24x7 network services delivery" operations (e.g., cable/telco/satellite or ISP operators). This position features extensive external, customer facing, communications and coordination with commensurate need for superior interpersonal and communications skills. In addition, a thorough working knowledge of cable, broadband, video, and multimedia streaming technology and applications is a distinct plus. The Program Manager's portfolio of projects will require expertise to initiate, lead, plan, coordinate, execute, and deploy single or multiple technical initiatives of varying sizes and complexity, usually in parallel. While external coordination with ActiveVideo's customers is central to this position, the Program Manager will be equally engaged with all areas of ActiveVideo's Product Management, Engineering, Business Development, Technical Services, and Operations groups to coordinate Customer Program deliverables in collaboration with internal resource planning and prioritization. As a primary member of the account team, the Program Manager role is to work with both the Customer and ActiveVideo leadership to ensure ActiveVideo's product delivery plans are clearly articulated, prioritized, and managed through delivery to the field.
Candidate will have the ability to clearly provide project status to all levels of the company and have a proven track record for delivering quality technical capabilities on time and within budget in a dynamic work environment. Individual will work across all functions and teams within ActiveVideo as well as many different client organizations and functions; they will most likely have been members of several different functional groups through their careers.
The candidate should have significant experience managing the technical and customer components of software, hardware and applications projects. Experience with Cable, internet, or network centric companies highly desirable.
Candidate must be a quick learner with an assertive personality who can navigate independently through multiple business and engineering areas; this will be done by using their negotiation, communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
Essential Job Functions (listing most important first):
- Program Management of technical teams, including planning, scheduling, creating core teams, and reporting.
- Liaise between application developers, platform engineers, Quality Assurance, Business Development, and customers to guarantee that the communications and expectations between the team is constant and consistent.

Required Skills:
- Working as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision, PMs must be able to deal effectively with individuals at all levels, often under the pressure of fast breaking, sometimes ambiguous, situations, and changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must for PMs, as are well-developed time management and multitasking abilities along with solid judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Must be comfortable giving informal and formal presentations in person, as part of a team, and through various remote presentation tools that educate and influence. Ability to present complex relationships and issues in simple terms, graphs and by other visual.
- Ability to provide guidance to other team members (internal and third-party) and motivate, lead, and influence team to most appropriate course of action.
- Excellent Internet and computing skills.
